So this thread is not just a poorly disguised dig at pve from the usual clever people? Its not an attempt at inciting the pvp "side" to flame with mod blessing?.

ANYONE else making this thread would have had it closed and a warning for attempted trolling, BUT since its a mod and since its pve directed hate...its ok.

dont give us shit about "its only fun yadda yadda" there are HUNDREDS of closed/deleted threads in the OTA section that are funny or "absurd".

So yeah, congratulations you can impudently tick people off and breed the very type of elitism that makes many people dislike the pvp aspect of the game.

Campfire ceased being helpful awhile ago. Plus, people just flame and troll there. Why waste the server space? By the way, I primarily PvE and PvP when I am bored... which is increasing as time goes on. I think the war between both kinds of players is like monkeys flinging poo at each other. We all smell like ---- in the end. Can we get rid of half of the Gladiator section also? Same ---- there, also, just much more angrier!

The 'OP' makes a point....Why bother with the campfire section anymore..no one wants to be original..and every ass kicking build created is labled 'cookie cutter'.(PVE)

The only beef I have with guildwarsguru is the total lack of regulation that goes on in some of the threads. I understand that not every moderator can catch some of what is going on, however, threads get corrupted by the overwhelming amount of trolls and flamers here.

Awhile back, Campfire had a purpose and generally helped a lot of people out. Now, it is so negative there. I have avoided posting there because I incite easily and get into wars with people who jump into threads to start issues and label people. Massive cleanup needed in the forum. I have said that since day one of me coming back to gw after a year of leaving the game alone. This forum is supposed to be about community, not the individual who pisses all over everything because they can get away with it. Crack down on that and a suggestion like this is not needed.

Still /signed until some form of action is taken against the keyboard thugs out here.

I totally agree. While we are at it, we should also clean the whole GW community. And no, I am not being sarcastic (this time :P)

Though my point is: although I would want it too, there would be so few people left if you take out all the whiners and flamers. Where there is a board or game, there be whiners and flamers too.

Or you can start your own forum, then you can kick everyone you (dont) like

Threads like these get closed every day here, and although they might not be as stomach wrackingly funny as this thread they are closed, why ? Do they not contain enough humor? Maybe they not absurd enough for your magnificence then.

So you see its not this thread thats annoying, its the lack of consistency in mod discourse.

I love the way people are reacting to my posts, just because you people have grasped pve does not mean that everyone else has.
